PAYROLL
HELP agrees that making payroll is difficult. To lessen this difficulty, HELP includes a payroll processing solution. Through our experience, we have developed relationships that provide personal or internet payroll processing. These services include: tax filing, tax payment, direct deposit, employee benefits, and HR Options.

PAY AS YOU GO WORKERS COMPENSATION
Your industry may be eligible for pay as you go Workers Compensation coverage. By utilizing pay as you go coverage, you can eliminate large up-front premium deposits, payroll estimation, complicated end of term audits, and actually increase your cash flow. Your premiums will be calculated and remitted based on ACTUAL (not estimated) data and rates.

PEO (Employee Leasing)
Utilizing a PEO, or Professional Employment Organization, can lower employment costs and increase the bottom line. The client can then maintain a simple in-house HR infrastructure or none at all by relying on the leasing company. The client also can reduce hiring overhead. PAY AS YOU GO GENERAL LIABILITY
Pay As You Go (PAYGO) is a premium payment method for contractors' general liability programs that allows for no down payment to bind coverage. The insured improves cash flow by paying their premium based upon their actual payroll figures for each pay period. PAYGO results in a true premium payment during the policy period, therefore reducing or eliminating audit discrepancies at policy expiration.

To be eligible for the PAYGO program, the insured must have their payroll processed by an approved Payroll Service Bureau, Administrative Services Organization (ASO) or a Professional Employer Organization (PEO).
